Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. *Please note: our international shipping does not always quote the proper shipping amount. If you are charged $1.50 for shipping, please contact us as we cannot ship out your order for that amount. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: When and how will my order be shipped? A: Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days, most times sooner. We ship more often during the holiday season as well. All of our orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the weight. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or International Priority Mail, depending on the weight.
